Villa Radiance is built in modern style, has 400 m2 of living space and is 500 m away from the nearest beach. The maximum number of guests is 12, while the optimal number is 10. On the first floor there is a beautifully furnished living room, consisting of a sofa and two sofas, a TV and a coffee table, but the best thing is that it has an access to the outdoor terrace, from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the surroundings and the clear sea. Near the living room there is a dining room with a dining table for twelve people. There is also a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a bar, where you can prepare delicious meals for your family or friends. Also, on the first floor you can expect a fitness room, which will delight guests who love an active vacation, a sauna and an outdoor terrace with seating. On the terrace, there is a heated pool of 36 m2 and a depth of 1.4 meters. Next to it are ten sun loungers and four umbrellas. You can also use the outdoor gas grill, next to which there is also an outdoor dining table. On the second floor of Villa Radiance there are three bedrooms with private bathroom with bathtub and a balcony overlooking the sea. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms with private bathroom with bathtub, which also have a balcony with sea view. All rooms have a TV and some have a sofa and a coffee table. You can play table tennis or work out at several sports facilities. Other amenities include a separate toilet, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, a baby crib and a high chair. Villa Radiance offers ocean views from all bedrooms, the living room and the dining area. It is fully fenced and offers five parking spaces. Attractions and local activities at your disposal include wine tours and water sports, which can be organized upon prior request and agreement. Zaton is a village with many cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as several stores and the beautiful Zaton beach. Dive into the depths of the Adriatic Sea, taste delicious traditional dishes and indulge your palate with top wines!
