Villa Chiara is located in the picturesque place near the historic city and urban centre of Dubrovnik on the southern coast of the Adriatic Sea. Beautiful and luxurious villa for a maximum of 14 people is located right next to the sea, and architecturally fits perfectly into the natural environment of Dalmatian white stone. The natural look of this beautiful building is harmoniously blended into the luxurious interior and exterior design of the villa.
The villa has a total of seven spacious and fully equipped bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms located on the upper floor looking at the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. All rooms are air conditioned and feature a large double bed, TV, work desk, armchair, bedside table, safe and blackout curtains. Two rooms are also apartments that include a small kitchen and dining table. Each room also has a balcony with a beautiful sea view. Bathrooms with showers have complete facilities such as towels, soap, hair dryer, etc. One of the bathrooms also has a bathtub and the other a jacuzzi.
The ground floor has an air-conditioned and spacious living room overlooking the sea, kitchen, sauna, fitness corner and children's playroom. In the equally equipped kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, etc.
In the fenced yard of Villa Chiara there are three parking spaces, and on the spacious terrace there is a large, heated pool and ten deck chairs that surround it. For pleasant evenings in large company there is also an outdoor charcoal grill. The exit from the yard, surrounded by a low fence, has a stepped, direct access to the seashore.
If you decide to do outdoor activities, in the immediate vicinity of this small place you will find a handful of activities such as water sports, sailing, diving, cycling. One of the benefits of accommodation on the Adriatic coast is also the proximity of many islands, islets and reefs. The Adriatic coast is known for a large number of islands, as many as 1246!
In southern Dalmatia are very interesting Elaphite islands, such as Koločep or Lopud, a group of islands located near this place. Fresh sea air, untouched nature and crystal-clear sea are just some of the magic of these islands that will turn your holiday into a perfect oasis of peace.
