Of a total of five bedrooms, one room has two twin beds, while the remaining four have double beds. Rooms are fully air conditioned and have a balcony with sea views. The luxury of the rooms of this beautiful villa is equipped with a safety deposit box that will protect your values.
Rooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floor, while the ground floor has a spacious and sunny living room, kitchen, dining room and large terrace. If you want wellness relaxation on the ground floor, there is also a sauna that will provide you with the relaxation you deserve. Bathrooms are equipped with all necessary facilities such as soap, towels, hair dryers, washing machine, dryer and more.
The kitchen is also equipped with the latest appliances such as a coffee machine, dishwasher and other utensils for preparing meals. On the fenced terrace there is an outdoor charcoal grill, a beautiful infinity pool and ten deck chairs, including an accompanying bathroom, and in the courtyard of the villa there are eight parking spaces.

Villa Solem is rented as a detached villa and provides accommodation for a total of 10 guests. However, together with the neighbouring villa Nera, villa Solem is part of a modern complex that provides accommodation for altogether 18 guests. The complex is therefore an ideal choice for large groups and families who want to spend their holiday together in a luxurious environment. However, the villas are separated by a wall that provides guests with a decent amount of privacy if different groups of guests are staying there the same time.
