Accommodation capacity for a total of eight people, the villa has four rooms with sea views and beautiful sunsets, and ensuite bathrooms on the upper floor. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have double beds and are equipped with additional facilities such as a TV, bedside table and work desk. The rooms also have blackout curtains, and if you need it, there is also a safety deposit box to enjoy your holiday undisturbed.
The bathrooms are also fully equipped, so in addition to the basic amenities, you will also find a bathrobe, slippers and a hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer. If you are coming with small children, a highchair and a baby cot are also at your disposal.
The ground floor has a spacious kitchen and living room with sofa bed and LCD TV, while the dining room has a large table for eight people. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a coffee machine, cutlery and drinks, a refrigerator, a stove and a dishwasher.
On the spacious terrace overlooking the sea there is a heated infinity pool and deck chairs, and in the fully fenced yard of the villa there is a parking lot for eight parking spaces. The wellness content of the villa will take care of complete relaxation and luxury: sauna and jacuzzi, and for the youngest there is entertainment content such as football table.
If you still prefer a more active type of holiday, you will surely enjoy the many benefits offered by the Adriatic coast. Water sports, sailing, diving or a pleasant walk in nature are just some of the benefits provided by a quiet coastal area. Numerous excursions lead to the nearby islands such as Lopud, Šipan or Koločep, which are located in the vicinity of Dubrovnik.
On the more distant island of Mljet, you will also find the Mljet National Park, a nature reserve whose history dates back to ancient times. Yet, together with the neighbouring villa Solem, villa Nera forms a modern complex which offers accommodation for a total of 18 guests. The villas are therefore the perfect choice for large groups and families who want to spend their holidays in a luxurious environment. A stone wall separates villa Nera from villa Solem, ensuring enough privacy if different groups of guests are staying at the villa simultaneously.
