Villa Libertas was built in 2020 in a contemporary architectural style, where you will be comfortably accommodated on 150 m2 of living space and the total area of the property is 500 m2. The nearest sea and beach are 450 m away from the villa. Nearby are also restaurants and cafes. Fully air-conditioned Villa Libertas can accommodate a maximum of 10 people with 5 bedrooms with double beds, one of which is located on the first floor and has an attached bathroom with shower stall, and there are two other regular bedroom bathrooms, which also have a shower stall. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and two more are located on the highest level of the villa, where there is also a gallery with a sofa bed. One of the advantages of Villa Libertas is the fact that from its property you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding area. On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa, armchair, coffee table and TV. Right next to the living room is the dining room with a table for 8 people, there is also a fully equipped kitchen where you will be happy to prepare meals for your loved ones. From the living room you can directly access the outdoor terrace, which is a real little paradise and has a pool of 25 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. The additional equipment of the pool represents 6 hydromassage jets, besides there are also 8 sun loungers for sunbathing and garden furniture overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding area, where you can relax with a read your favorite book. The villa also has a beautifully landscaped garden with a bench and a charcoal and wood grill outside. You can taste the prepared dishes at the covered outdoor dining table. Other facilities you can use during your stay include a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. A baby crib and a food dispenser are available upon request. The yard is fenced and the villa offers 1 parking space in the garage and 1 more space outside the yard. *The host is fully available to guests and provides a grocery shopping service. Each guest will receive a gift from the host. The town of Milni is perfect for nature lovers, it offers every visitor a lot of fun and local activities such as diving, jet skiing, fishing, cycling or water skiing. Don't forget to try traditional dishes and treat your palate with delicious wines.
