Villa Academia is a unique building renovated in 2022, located in the town of Brse?ine in Dubrovnik-Neretva County. The building has two beautiful large terraces with an enchanting Mediterranean garden with native Dalmatian plants. The villa offers absolute privacy, is fenced and offers a unique view of the most beautiful islands of the Dubrovnik archipelago. The villa has been completely renovated and built in a rustic style. It offers its guests 300 m2 of living space, the total area of the property is 800 m2. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, comfortably accommodating guests in 5 bedrooms with a direct view of the sea, double beds and associated bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and the remaining four have a shower cabin. The villa can accommodate 2 additional guests, as long as they are children up to 14 years old. In the living room there is a couch, a sofa, a dresser, a table and a TV. In the dining room there is a dining table with 10 seats and a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals. Other features of the villa include a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. If needed, a food dispenser and a baby crib are also available. On the outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool with a size of 20 m2 and a depth of 1,55 m. Besides, there are 8 deck chairs for sunbathing, a covered dining table, a lounge area where you can enjoy and drink your morning coffee, and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. Outside the courtyard, guests have 3 parking spaces at their disposal. The host is at guests' disposal and can organize the preparation of authentic homemade dishes such as bread, lamb and fresh fish delivered by the fisherman directly from the sea. A delivery service of homemade food, including vegetables and fruits from the garden and homemade honey, can also be arranged. The organization of a private chef is also possible, as well as massage services, organization of dinners, private boat tours and transportation organization.
