Villa Fivos 2 is located in the small town of Brse?ine, 17 km from the beautiful city of Dubrovnik, where for years foreign and domestic tourists spend their vacations. Brse?ine is one of the most picturesque places on the Dubrovnik Riviera, located in a small bay and is known for its beautiful beach, dense pine forests, Mediterranean plants and olive trees. Villa Fivos 2 is a facility that is part of the hotel, and what will especially please each of its visitors is the fact that breakfast is included during the stay at the hotel. Located 700 meters from the nearest beach and the clear Adriatic Sea, the villa was built in 2022 in a modern architectural style and has 184 m2 of living space. It can accommodate a maximum of 12 and optimally 8 people. On the first floor there is a living room with sofa, TV and coffee table, next to it is a dining room with a table for 6 people and a modern kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a separate toilet and a terrace. On the outdoor terrace there is a beautiful heated pool of 18.5 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Next to it you can sunbathe on 2 sunbeds and there is a lounge area with a table and a sitting area for 4 people. It is the perfect place to relax with your favorite cocktails and pleasant company. Upstairs there is another living room with dining area and kitchen, and two more bedrooms with an en suite bathroom and a separate bathroom. For luxurious relaxation, there is an outdoor terrace on the top floor of the villa, where you will find two more sun loungers, a lounge area with a table for four, and a Jacuzzi. Villa Fivos 1 offers sea view and you can enjoy romantic sunsets. If needed, the villa has two extra beds (140x210), which you can also use during your stay. There are 2 private parking spaces in front of the building and another 30 behind the hotel building if needed. Brse?ine is a small place, but at the same time a perfect destination for all guests who want to explore the south of Dalmatia, which is too famous for its gastronomy and historical and cultural heritage.
