On the first floor of the villa there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor and an outdoor toilet, a Jacuzzi, a pool terrace and an outdoor barbecue. On the upper floor there are four luxuriously furnished rooms with private bathrooms with high quality and contemporary elements. The rooms have double beds measuring 200 x 200 cm, so the maximum accommodation capacity of the villa is 8 people. On request, two more people can be accommodated (only children up to 14 years). All rooms are air-conditioned and also have their own 42-inch TV. Fully equipped bathrooms have all the necessary contents such as soap, towels and other accompanying materials. In the rooms is also available safe, so you can enjoy your vacation in peace. On the second floor of the villa there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. On the terrace of the villa there is an unusually long heated swimming pool with a total length of 18 m size of 55 m2, divided into three parts of different depths. The first part consists of a shallow cabin, then a part adapted for children and a third part with a depth of 1.55 meters. The pool is partially covered by the upper floor, and partially exposed to the sun. A whirlpool is also available. The pool is heated by a 35 kW heat pump, there is also a massage tub for 6 people on the roof and 2 professional sunshades on the roof, covering a total of 8x6m The villa also has a spacious roof terrace of 100 m2 with a beautiful view of the city and the crystal clear sea. The terrace is accessible from the first floor, where the pool is also located. The roof terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea and the old town of Trogir. There are 4 parking spaces available in the courtyard next to the entrance of the villa, 5 more parking spaces are available outside the courtyard. Outside the living space there is a 400 m2 spacious garden, which is directly connected with the interior space, as the glass walls are movable and can be transformed into a large open space. Around the pool there are sun loungers, and in the area below the pool there is a 40 m² area with beach pebbles, where there is also a recessed lounge cabin that will give you the perfect summer experience. The villa is surrounded by a natural environment of green bushes and palm trees and a green cypress fence. The villa is located 400 meters from the seashore and on the city beach you can enjoy water sports such as diving, swimming or a simple walk during the evening sunset. Trogir offers diverse content such as sports activities, entertainment or visits to numerous cultural and historical monuments. Do not miss to visit the Pantan nature reserve and the 16th century mill, 3 km from the center of Trogir. Among the cultural and historical monuments Trogir is famous for the Cathedral of St. Lovre, whose construction lasted more than three centuries. This monumental basilica is distinguished by its eclectic architectural style and the famous Radovan portal from the 14th century. This basilica is considered one of the most beautiful cathedrals in Croatia. If you prefer sailing and exploring islands and untouched nature, you will surely enjoy the indented Adriatic coast with a unique number of up to 1,244 islands, islets and rocks. Near Trogir there are two interesting islands called Drvenik Veli and Drvenik Mali.
