Villa Clementine is located on the beautiful island of Bra? in Sutivan. This villa is ready to provide every guest with the much needed and luxurious vacation you have been dreaming of. Bra? island is a well-known tourist destination, visited every year by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists, who already want to come back next year! Renovated in 2018, Villa Clementine was built in a contemporary architectural style and offers its guests 340 m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 1000 m2 and it is only 80 meters away from the nearest sea. It is an excellent opportunity for family reunions and swimming in the clean Adriatic Sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 16 people, the optimal number is 12. Accommodation for guests is in 6 comfortable bedrooms with double beds (200x200). If needed, 2 folding sofas (160x200) are available as an additional bed. Likewise, the villa has 5 private bathrooms with shower and one normal bathroom with bathtub. Villa Clementine consists of the first floor, 1st and 2nd floor, where you have enough space for relaxing and family gatherings. On the 1st floor there is a living room with dining room, as well as the already mentioned 4 bedrooms. On the 2nd floor there are 2 more bedrooms, one of them with living room. The villa has sea view from the living room and bedrooms, the two bedrooms on the 1st floor have no sea view. On the outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool with a size of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Next to it there are 5 deck chairs for sunbathing and a charcoal or wood grill outside. On the terrace there is also an outdoor dining table, which is a great place to spend time with family and friends. As additional content, you can use a washing machine, dryer and iron. There are also two separate toilets and a feeding trough, as well as a crib. There are 3 private parking spaces in the courtyard of Villa Clementine. Entertainment contents that will delight young and old include table tennis and satellite TV. Sutivan is a village on the northwest coast of the island of Bra?, just 7 km west of Supetar. Sutivan stretches along the sea and offers its guests perfect places for rest and entertainment. In and around the town itself there are pebble and sandy beaches.
