The total accommodation capacity of the villa is a maximum of 8 people and in addition to four rooms with double beds. One of the two rooms on the upper floor has a sea view, and the remaining two bedrooms are on the lower floors. The four fully equipped bathrooms within the rooms have all the necessary facilities that you need for a comfortable stay.
The spacious living room, dining room and kitchen have access to three large terraces with a garden, where is also a large, heated pool, deck chairs, outdoor dining area and a summer kitchen with outdoor grill. The pool is 36 m2 big and 1.6 m deep and has additional equipment: hydro massage jets and a counter-current swimming system.
Nearby the living room, you can find a children’s playroom and if you need, there is also a cot and highchair. All rooms in the villa are air conditioned and fully equipped with all necessary facilities that guarantee undisturbed enjoyment of your holiday. In addition to Wi-Fi, the villa has satellite and digital television, radio, and fire alarm. In the fully fenced yard, there is a private parking with a maximum of 5 parking spaces.
In addition, the villa is also equipped with relaxation room in the basement, which features a sauna, exercise equipment and its own bathroom. Maximum relaxation will be provided by a massage that can be ordered on request.
