The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, the optimal number is 6 people and is fully air-conditioned. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and upstairs you can relax in another bedroom with a double bed. The villa has a total of 3 bathrooms with shower. Other facilities include a washing machine, a feeder and a baby crib. On the upper floor there is a living room consisting of a sofa (which serves as a bed for 2 people), two seats, TV and coffee table, and next to it a dining room with a dining table with 6 seats. There is also a modern kitchen where you will be happy to prepare delicious meals for the whole family or a group of best friends. The outdoor terrace will completely delight you thanks to the heated infinity pool of 25 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, equipped with counter-current swimming. Next to the pool you can sunbathe on 6 deckchairs. The terrace is large enough for evening socializing and preparing meals on the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood. There is also an outdoor dining table for 6 people and on the balcony there is a seating set ideal for drinking your morning coffee or reading a favorite book, as well as another outdoor dining table covered with a parasol. By prior arrangement, there is a possibility to enjoy a massage. Entertainment is provided by books, satellite and digital TV, an open garden, bicycles and SUP. The villa is completely surrounded by a 1.6 meter high stone wall, offers 1 private parking space and has a garage. If you can reach the villa with your own boat, there is also a private mooring for a boat up to 6 meters. Sightseeing and local activities at your disposal include wine tours that will delight lovers of delicious drops of exquisite wines, water sports for children and a bicycle rental service that will allow you to explore this small town. In the immediate vicinity of Selca are the tourist areas of Ru?marin and Punitnak, where many tourists always find the perfect place to rest.
