Villa Silence is located in the picturesque town of Selce on the southern coast of the island of Bra? and is characterized by its luxuriously furnished interior and modern architecture, as well as an exceptional location near the sea. The 420 m2 villa can accommodate a maximum of nine people and has 4 bedrooms and private bathrooms. The fully furnished and air-conditioned rooms are located on the second and third floor of the villa and most of them offer a view of the beautiful, crystal clear sea. The private bathrooms are equipped with all necessary contents such as hairdryer, towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. Two rooms have two single beds that can be connected, 3 double beds and 1 extra bed. The first floor of the villa has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, toilet and laundry room where you can use a washing machine, dryer and ironing board. The villa also has a winery on the first floor where you can taste some of the highest quality local wines. The villa's large kitchen and dining room are fully equipped with all the necessary materials for you to enjoy your vacation undisturbed. The kitchen has a stove, oven, cutlery and freezer, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, ice cream maker, juicer, steam oven and many other amenities. The air-conditioned and bright living room, equipped with radio, TV, books and other facilities, leads to a spacious terrace with a beautiful sea view. On the terrace you can expect a large pool with a depth of 1.45 m, which also offers other benefits such as the possibility of counter-current swimming and various rollers for children and the like. On the beautiful and insulated terrace there are eight sun loungers surrounding the pool and an outdoor barbecue to relax in the pleasant company of your loved ones. The villa is surrounded by hedges and a concrete wall and also has two parking spaces outside the yard. If you plan to rent a boat or yacht, there is a private mooring for a boat up to 22 meters away, 100 meters from the villa.
