A maximum of 6 guests can be comfortably accommodated in this rustic beauty, which underwent a complete renovation in 2023. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with bathtubs and there is also 1 shower. One bedroom is particularly unique due to its location below the kitchen area, which you reach via a beautiful staircase. It is fully air-conditioned and offers 160 m2 of living space, while the area of the total plot is 300 m2. It is 11 km away from the nearest and most famous beach ?Zlatni Rat? Do not miss a visit, because it will enchant you at first sight. On the first floor you can prepare meals for the whole family in the fully equipped kitchen. Of course, there is also a dining room with dining table for 4 people, next to it a staircase leads to the upper floor. In the living room there is a couch, a stone table, an armchair and a TV, where you can relax watching your favorite movies or series. The heated swimming pool of 6 m² and 1.3 meters deep is located on the outdoor terrace, next to it there are 4 deck chairs on the sundeck. The pool has built-in jets and heated water, and an added bonus is certainly the built-in bar. You can also prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes on the outdoor charcoal or wood grill while drinking a glass of wine. There is also an outdoor dining table on the terrace, ideal for evening gatherings with food, drinks and family. During your stay you can use the washing machine, iron and 1 separate toilet. Lovers of an active annual vacation will be delighted with the 2nd floor gym/fitness room, sauna and wellness area, where you can relax your body and soul while being active in sports whenever you want. The heat and steam of the sauna, as well as the massage jets of the jacuzzi, have a relaxing effect on body and mind, making this part of the house an ideal place to unwind. The postcard villa has the title of 'the most feminine house in Dalmatia', it is a centuries-old beauty that offers you only the best for an all-round vacation! In 1899 this villa was a blacksmith's shop, today it is an example of the combination of rustic construction and modernity and so enchants with its decor! The postcard villa shows the traditional local construction, and inside the predominant materials are wood and stone. Although inside you will encounter examples of contemporary civilization, you will also have the opportunity to see the other, historical side, which shows that the villa has annexes that are more than a hundred years old.
