This spacious and attractive agro-tourist property, away from city’s hustle and bustle, is located on the verge of Gornji Hmac, on the southern part of the island of Brac, by the main road connecting Supetar and Bol. The plot is a peaceful oasis, surrounded by greenery. The sounds of Mediterranean nature and beautiful panorama towards Bol, which is ca. 10 km away, will ensure full relaxation. The holiday home, with the lowest ceiling height of 120 cm in the attic and with a swimming pool, is separated from the rest of the property, which also includes rooms for rent and a restaurant with beautiful Dalmatian tavern. The house has functional and quality furnishings. There is a possibility of arranging catering and plenty of other additional services. The restaurant carries out its own fishing activities and has an excellent offer of Adriatic sea food, wine, cheese and meat. There is also a wide offer of homemade aperitifs and digestive drinks prepared with variety of Mediterranean herbs. The whole property has the capacity to house ca. 35 persons and therefore is ideal for organising events such as weddings, birthdays or work conferences. Those can be organised on request.
