Villa Kuk is located in Bol on the island of Bra?. Bol is located in the south of the island of Bra? and is connected by ferry with the city of Split, so the island is accessible by car, bus or private boat. Escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and treat yourself to a wonderful annual vacation with family and friends. This authentic 150 year old listed stone house right in the center of town was completely renovated in 2016 and 2017. It is a great example of true craftsmanship and contemporary design. All the stonework has been carefully conserved or restored by local stone craftsmen, and the interior has been transformed to meet contemporary needs ? combining handcrafted woodwork from recycled solid oak with original mid-century design furniture. The villa is located in a charming little square, just a few meters from the open-air cinema and the famous winery. Walk a few steps further and you are on the main promenade right by the sea. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 5, optimally 4 people and offers 105 m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 250 m2. The sea is only 40 m away and the nearest pebble beach is only 350 m away, so you can refresh yourself not only in the pool but also in the sea and have fun all day. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of them also with 1 single bed, each on its own floor. Both rooms have their own bathroom with shower. The second floor bedroom has double height windowsills, an additional living area and access to a spacious balcony. On the first floor you can relax on the corner sofa and watch TV. There is also an equipped kitchen and dining room with dining table. The outdoor terrace offers a swimming pool with a size of 24 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. On the lawn there is a large sunbathing area of 5 meters and 2 low armchairs. On the terrace you prepare meat or fish dishes on a charcoal or wood grill. You can taste all prepared dishes at the outdoor dining table, which is located right next to the grill. In addition, a washing machine, dryer and iron are available during your stay, as well as a separate toilet. The yard is completely fenced and there is a secured parking lot outside, which is 30 meters away from the villa. About the island of Bra? you can talk for hours. It is an island that is easy to reach due to its proximity to the city of Split, but on the other hand, it is full of undiscovered beauties waiting to be explored.
