It is about the highest quality of the building built according to the most modern and up-to-date standards, which will delight you all around. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, the optimal number is 10. The villa is fully air-conditioned and consists of first floor, 1st and 2nd floor. Villa Golden Paradise 2 has on the first floor a cozy living room, a dining room with a dining table for 12 people, a modern kitchen, a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. From the room you can go to the terrace and enjoy the view of the clear Adriatic Sea. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 40 m2, 1.5 m deep, 12 deck chairs, a sofa and a table. On the first floor there is also a sauna with changing room and shower. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms and two terraces. On the 2nd floor there is another bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, another living room, kitchen with cooking island and another terrace. Also, the villa has 2 additional single beds. The villa has sea view from all bedrooms, from all terraces, from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Children will be delighted with the PlayStation game console. By prior arrangement and upon request, it is possible to arrange concierge service, additional laundry service and the use of a boat. The villa is fully fenced and you will enjoy absolute privacy. There are 3 private garage spaces and outside the yard there are 5 additional parking spaces. Attractions and local activities include the olive oil museum, WTA Croatia Bol Open, Vidova gora, wine tours, extreme sports, diving, cycling, aqua park, horseback riding and the marina. Be sure to visit the historical monuments and towns. The most famous of all is the Blaca Desert, which is visited by domestic and foreign tourists every year. There are countless possibilities and each of you, young or old, will find something for himself. Next to Villa Golden Paradise 2 is its sister villa Golden Paradise 1, which can also be rented as a complex. * The weekly price includes daily light cleaning for 3 hours twice a week by appointment. The host is available to all guests during their stay! And a welcome gift is waiting for all guests! Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups or bachelor parties only upon payment of a refundable deposit. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people 21 years of age or younger. If you are a youth group or bachelor party, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.
