In this villa can stay a maximum of 14 people, the optimal number is 12. The villa is fully air-conditioned and consists of first floor, 1st and 2nd floor. In the basement there is also a toilet, a shower by the sauna, a technical room and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron (laundry service for a fee). On the first floor there is a modern kitchen with cooking island, a living room with corner sofa, armchairs, sofa, TV, tables, Lacustics sound system and books. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table for 12 people. The host is available to all guests during their stay! And a welcome gift is waiting for all guests! Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups or bachelor parties only upon payment of a refundable deposit. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people 21 years of age or younger. If you are a youth group or bachelor party, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.
