Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, the fourth on the first floor. On the first floor there is also a modern equipped kitchen with bar and two bar stools, where you can easily prepare meals for the whole family and friends, as well as a dining room with a dining table for 10 people. In the living room you will relax on the corner sofa, there is also a coffee table and a TV. On the outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool with a size of 46 m2 and a depth of 1.4 meters, which has a massage as an additional function. Next to it, you will find space for sunbathing on 5 deck chairs and on the terrace there is also a covered table for outdoor dining and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. The villa also has a sauna where you can relax your body and soul, as well as a hydro-massage bath. Other amenities in the villa include a washing machine, an iron and a separate toilet. A sofa bed (140x200) serves as an extra bed for one person. During the summer, the town traditionally hosts the Filipino Summer, with numerous cultural and entertainment events, and religious holidays include Saint Roch, August 16, when Mass and procession are held in the historic church just outside the town .
