Description

This former farmhouse is in a quiet location, approx. 80 m from the road and, with its front and back yard, is the ideal holiday destination for families with children or groups.

The very spacious holiday apartment, which can accommodate up to 14 people, is located on the 2nd floor (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms)

An extra lounge (1st floor - not exclusive to the holiday apartment) leads to a large balcony (24 m2) with garden furniture.
The large garden or meadow with seesaw, swing and table tennis is also at your disposal.

The house is located in the idyllic Eifel village Wirtzfeld. Wirtzfeld is located in the eastern cantons of Belgium, not far from the Belgian-German border and near the High Fens, the Eifel nature reserve and the Ardennes.

The area is a mecca for nature lovers or cycling with many hiking opportunities, e.g. on the Ravel or the Stoneman Arduenna. The Bütgenbacher See is 2 km away. Also worth visiting are Malmedy, the picturesque Monschau, the Abbey of Stavelot, the Francorchamps race track and Botrange, the highest point in Belgium. In winter you will find the cross-country ski trails just 100 m from the house.
