Comfortable and well-equipped apartment on the first floor, only 5 km from the lake Butgenbach. Small sitting area available in the entrance area. You will find a large eat-in kitchen with spacious sitting area, but no separate living room, 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are equipped with shower and 1 with bathtub. S3 is passage room to S4. S1 + S3 have electric heating. S5: shower in the room. Large, fenced, well-kept garden. To visit: Malmedy (20 km), Autopiste Francorchamps, Monschau 22 km, lake Bütgenbach. Krippana Losheim. Guests can use the indoor pool at the owner's hotel 3 km away for free. For a fee, they also offer a bowling alley, fishing opportunities and a pedal boat. You can also rent two e-bikes.
