This stylish and luxurious villa is located in a quiet and beautiful spot in the centre of Malmédy, one of the most famous places in the Belgian Ardennes. The interior has been thoughtfully furnished, creating a modern and comfortable atmosphere.
The property boasts five double bedrooms, with the capacity to accommodate up to fourteen guests. On the ground floor there is modern and fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a dining area and a office room. On the second floor there is an activity room with several games such as pool, table football and air hockey. It also includes a wellness room with infrared and Finnish sauna.
Outside, guests will find a lovely and spacious garden furnished with chairs and tables where they can enjoy an alfresco meal. It also has a petanque and bowling track.

The lake of Robertville can be reached within 10 minutes. Cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers will love this part of the Ardennes. Cycling or walking along the steep banks of the Warche, the wild river of Bayehon or in the vast area of Baraque Michel is a fantastic experience.
Malmédy hosts great experiences all year round, carnival is one of the highlights, on July 21st a big festival takes place and during the Christmas holidays it is worth it a stroll trough the Christmas market. The Francofolies at Spa and, of course, the Formula 1 races at Francorchamps are events that are only a fifteen minute drive away.
This house is mainly intended for accommodating family groups. However, non-family groups can be accepted with the consent of the owner and with a possible increase in the deposit.
