Due to the planting and the location of your terrace at the back of the house, you are protected from prying eyes of passers-by or from the other residents of the site, and your privacy is maintained. From the house you can watch the kayaks paddling by on the river. The region is made for kayaking, biking and hiking. There are also a number of outdoor sports offered in the area, in which both groups and individuals can participate. Everywhere you will find cozy cafes and restaurants. In Hotton are the famous stalactite caves, and in La Roche you should definitely visit the castle ruins. Even Dinant or the world famous caves of Han and Remouchamps are within easy reach. The race track of Spa-Francorchamps is less than an hour's drive away. You'll stay 800 yards from the center of Barvaux, where you'll find supermarkets and entertainment. The small rooms are functional, the bathroom has a modern corner shower, and in the living room you can relax comfortably by the fireplace.
