The house is located on 4 hectares of lakefront, which gives direct private access to the romantic Hallstättersee from several places. In the living room of the house there is a tiled stove, which spreads pleasant warmth on cooler days. The rooms are comfortably and friendly furnished. Nestled between Bad Aussee, where the annual Narcissus Festival takes place, and Bad Ischl, which attracts many visitors due to its historical significance, the location of this vacation home is unsurpassable! Hallstatt, the town that has been declared a World Heritage Site, can be reached in just 15 minutes by bike. The boat pier for a trip across Lake Hallstatt is only 300 meters away. Relaxation, recreation, complete tranquility - but also games, fun and many sports opportunities leave nothing to be desired. The huge, well-kept meadow property surrounding the former farm leaves plenty of room for barbecues, fun children's games or romantic campfires. Tennis courts, children's playground, riding stable - all within walking distance. You have to bring your own bed linen + towels. You can even bring your own boat. No youth groups (under 25 years)!
