Description

This 1950 built Kellerstöckl will be completely renovated by 2020. The original exterior facade is preserved, the living area is modern and highly comfortable. An eat-in kitchen, a bedroom with all-wood furniture and a living room with a pull-out couch are at your disposal. A cozy, fully glazed veranda is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset on cooler days. This beautiful Kellerstöckl is surrounded by vineyards and meadows. Numerous hiking and biking trails invite you to excursions into nature. Fun in the cool water you will find in the natural swimming paradise Burg, which is only a few minutes away by car. Or treat yourself to a spa day in the thermal spa Stegersbach.
If you are planning a vacation with several friends, the Kellerstöckl ABU163 and ABU170, which are located in the immediate vicinity, are ideal for this. Enjoy the culinary delights of southern Burgenland in the surrounding Buschenschenken or take part in a wine tasting with the house owner (by arrangement).
Wine purchase on ex farm possible, prices between ? 6,- and ? 15,-.
A security video surveillance is part of the equipment of the Kellerstöckl, but is deactivated when guests are present.
