The property has been renovated and converted into a villa, situated just 10 km from Florence, 1km from the renewed Ugolino golf course and few kilometers from the most famous historical towns of Chianti such as Greve, Panzano and Castellina in Chianti. The house, surrounded by a large meadow, lies in a quiet location, overlooking the typical valleys and hills of the Chianti region, rich in olive groves, vineyards and forests. The large garden is approximately 3000 m² and the villa has an antique furnished terrace, a patio and a large covered terrace. The historic center of Florence is easily reached by bus or via one of the famous roads of Tuscany. The grand piano is exclusively for professional use!
