This beautiful holiday house is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Kastelli in the town of Spetses. Only a 10-minute walk from the town center and 20 minutes from the town beach. It offers beautiful views to the town and sea as well as to the top of the hill. It is a three storey house with two entrances, one on the lower level and the other one on the middle level. All rooms are air conditioned. br / br /The upper level with ceramic tiled floors and wooden beam ceilings has a spacious and modern living room with an open air and fully equipped kitchen for dining as well as a veranda. br / br /On the middle level you will find a hall, the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a large tub. From this level you have access to the private patio and the beautiful landscaped grounds as well as the fabulous all-year open pool of the complex. br / br /Below you have a private entrance, hall, two bedrooms with two twin beds each, spacious in-wall closets, a bathroom with a large tub and a storage room. br / br /Spetses is a small island in the Saronic Gulf right off the Peloponnese coast of Ermionis. It is known for its rich vegetation, pine tree forests, many wonderful sandy beaches, crystal clear blue water and lovely secluded bays. The beautiful mansions that line the harbour are an architectural reminder of the island's rich heritage. Located in the northeast the capital is a traditional settlement with two storey neoclassical houses and narrow stone paved alleys. The island is the ideal place for walking and biking since no private cars are allowed. The one-horse carriages are ideal for a romantic ride by the seaside. Easily accessible by boat from Piraeus (2 hours by hydrofoil) or by car from Athens to Peloponnese, Costa (2.5 hours), and from there another 10 minutes by sea taxi or ferry boat to Spetses.
