This lovely townhouse is situated in a courtyard location with orange trees outside the front door in the communal garden. There are two terraces, each south facing, with views to the lake of the golf course. Downstairs you will find a well-equipped kitchen and dining room, a large sunny lounge and access onto an enclosed terrace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en suite bathroom and access onto the upper terrace with all-day sun and garden furniture for al fresco dining. The guest bedroom has twin beds, and finally there is a guest bathroom. The common pool is open all year round.

The accommodation is situated on Mijas golf course. The very popular tourist destination of Fuengirola is only a 5 minutes drive. From there you also have a regular train service to Malaga city and the airport. The must visit towns Puerto Banus and Marbella with their designer shops and exclusive restastaurants are a 20 minutes drive to the west. You can walk to a local supermarket in just 5 minutes.
