These beautifull newly build terrace houses are situated in the city of Skagen, within walking distance of the exciting city life, and though in quiet surroundings. This two-storey house contain a nice kitchen with access to the lovely living room, from where you have access to a sun terrace. The large windows, facing west, gives the living room a beautifull and soft light which complement the lovely and modern furnitures.
The bed rooms are large and offer good cupboard space. The bed loft is easy accessible and function as a real bed room. The house is build in respect of the surroundings and the traditional style in Skagen and appear as a solid and exciting building. Use of water DKK 40,- per m3.
