This exquisite, wood-built holiday home with a swimming pool it is situated app. 600 metres from Ristinge beach which is one of Langeland's best and most family-friendly bathing beaches. If you want an active holiday, there are only 9 km to Langeland Golf Club and a put and take lake. The gathering point will be the pool division with the 19 m2 large swimming pool and a whirlpool for 3 persons. The sauna and one of the 2 bathrooms are accessible from the pool room. The doors are 1 meter wide, and there are no thresholds, so the house is suitable for wheel chairs. There is carpeting in all bedrooms and in the living room, oblong floortiles in the bathrooms and a wooden floor in the kitchen. PlayStation in bedroom no 5. There is a 170 m2 large, flagged terrace, 20 m2 are covered. There is a petanque court.
