New and architecturally nice low-energy holiday home which is situated on a large dune plot just 300 m from the beach. This is a very nice luxury holiday home which contains two bathrooms, a sunken whirlpool, a sauna and a large and well-equipped kitchen with all technical equipment. As an extra detail, there is floor heating in the family room. The interior is of a high quality, and there are large windows which make the light flow into the rooms in an interesting way. The lovely terraces with an extra outdoor shower are just part of the nice details which characterize this first-rated quality house.
